Purpose of the Store

Marioartts is an online store dedicated to the sale of original illustrations, art prints, and on-demand printed apparel. By placing an order on our website, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.


Purchase Process and Prices

• Prices: All prices listed for products include the applicable Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be clearly itemized before checkout.

• Confirmation: Once payment is complete, the user will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

• Availability: Since most products are made-to-order (through Printful), production of the items will begin after payment is confirmed.

 

 

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via credit/debit card (Wix Payments) and PayPal. Payments are processed using fully encrypted payment platforms; the site owner does not store any bank or card information at any time.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery Times

• Shipping Management: Orders are processed and shipped through our logistics provider, Printful, to the address provided by the buyer.

• Delivery Times: Approximate delivery times are listed in the Shipping section of our website. Since these are print-on-demand products, the total delivery time includes both preparation/printing time and shipping transit time.

Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Cancellations

• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to return it in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

• Personalized or Defective Products: If you receive a defective product or one with printing errors, we will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a refund. To do so, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the defect to contacto@marioartts.com.

Intellectual Property

All illustrations, designs, artwork, logos, images, and text appearing on www.marioartts.com are the exclusive property of Marioartts and are protected by international intellectual and industrial property laws. The reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial use of any work or design without the explicit written consent of the author is prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish and European law. For the resolution of any dispute or litigation, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
