Time Limit and Right of Withdrawal

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you are not satisfied, provided that the item has not been customized at your exclusive request.

Conditions for Making a Return

 

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

​

 

• It must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number.

• Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned package.

 

 

 

 

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Products

 

Since our products are printed on demand, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or damage sustained during shipping:

• Please email us at contacto@marioartts.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Attach clear photos of the defective product and the original packaging.

• We will coordinate directly with our production and logistics center (Printful) to handle the issue and send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Undelivered Packages or Incorrect Address

 

If a package is returned to our facilities or to the production warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was not picked up at the post office in time, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

Return Request Process

• Send an email to contacto@marioartts.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will reply with clear instructions on how to proceed and the address to which the package should be sent.

• Returns sent without prior notification via email will not be accepted.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we have verified the condition of the product or the reported issue, we will send you an email notifying you that the refund has been approved. The amount will be automatically credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (Wix Payments / PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
